Connect your wallet and register on Ethernia
Personal data is optional; only a valid email is required for notifications. If you don't have a wallet yet, you can use social login to create one.
Create your Digital Will
Create a Will by inputting all required data (assets, beneficiaries, locktime) and confirm.
Schedule periodic life confirmations
Click the “I'm Alive” button periodically (usually once every 6 months, but it can be configured) to refresh your proof of life before the expiration date.
That's all!
You can modify your will many times. After the lock period has passed, if the will is active and you haven't set a new proof of life by clicking the “I'm Alive” button, beneficiaries will be notified by email to start a claim in order to have the will executed and the assets transferred.

Ethernia is designed so that the user never has to share any confidential information with us or anyone else.
Retain Complete Control
Use your money as you always do. You maintain full self-custody until the very end. Your money is always kept in your possession.
Veification Period
Ethernia will notify you when the lock time is nearing expiration, allowing you to renew your proof of life. The default notification period is six months, but it can be configured.
Additional Claim Period
After the lock time expires and notifications are sent to the owner to verify inactivity, beneficiaries will be enabled to make a claim. However, they must still wait an additional claim period of 30 days before the transfer can be executed.

Ethernia smart contracts are verified and open source software.
